Features The P-500W from Mitsubishi Electronics America, Inc., Imaging Products Division, is a high resolution, large multi-format monochrome thermal printer, ideally suited for a wide variety of medical applications including ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, and medical image analysis. It offers high speed printing (9.4 seconds) with a resolution up to 1278 x 1000 and 256 gray scale. The P-500W can print multiple images on a single sheet, with seven different print size modes, including normal, large, small-normal, small-large, continuous/side-by-side, square and flexible. The new P-500W has dual power voltage, making it compatible for worldwide medical applications. It is also multi-regulatory approved to meet a wide range of safety requirements. Brightness, contrast, print size and gamma are easily controlled from the front panel. For added convenience, the printer has one touch memory/print and comes with a wired remote control. With selectable underscan/overscan settings, the P-500W printer can work with any ultrasound system. It automatically switches to either composite NTSC or PAL format. For large format, high resolution image quality, the P-500W is the printer of choice.
